1. The agreement

These terms cover your use of the Hely Strike mobile game, published by Osidev. By installing or playing the game you accept them. If you do not, please do not install the game.

2. Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Hely Strike on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. The game itself, its artwork, audio, characters and code remain ours.

3. What you may not do

• Reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the game, except where the law expressly permits it
• Redistribute, resell, rent or sublicense the game or any part of it
• Use cheats, automation or modified clients to manipulate leaderboard scores
• Use the game’s artwork, name or branding in your own products without written permission

4. Leaderboards

Leaderboards are optional and provided through Apple Game Center and Google Play Games. We may remove scores that appear to have been obtained by tampering. Because those services host the rankings, their availability is not something we control.

5. Purchases

Any in-app purchase is a transaction with Apple or Google, not with us, and their refund policies apply. Virtual items — gold, cores, skins, upgrades — have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be lost if you delete the game, since your progress is stored only on your device.

6. Updates and availability

We may update, change or discontinue the game or any part of it. We are not obliged to keep any particular feature, level or item available, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. No warranty

The game is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or that it will run on every device.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Osidev is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the game, including lost progress or lost virtual items. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Termination

You may end this agreement at any time by deleting the game. We may end it if you materially breach these terms.

10. Changes

We may revise these terms. The date above shows when they last changed, and continuing to play after a change means you accept the revised terms.
